Post a CommentI have always thought the 'war on terror' was the wrong reaction to acts of terrorism, especially 911. Terrorism is a symptom of something and a war on terror is like combating the symptoms of a disease instead of fighting the causes of it. It's a pity the US didn't examine it's own role in the creation of the kind of reactions that 911 represents, like it'e right-or-wrong support of Israel for example, instead of going blindly into a knee-jerk reaction to try to assert it's military dominance and crushing those that oppose it. Unfortunately the truth movement has been guilty of the same myopia, where the message that was sent load and clear by the fundamentalist muslim world is almost completely ignored in favour of an inward looking blame-game directed at the more comprehensible target of their own Government.
Sorry, but you are WAY off on this one
