Goldman Rejects Shareholder Request to Investigate Compensation
Goldman Sachs (GS) board has rejected shareholder demands to probe compensation, according to a regulatory filing today. Goldman did no name the shareholders who made the demands at the end of last year, but reported that shareholders requested investigations into executive compensation, and asked the firm to recoup excess pay and reform pay practices.
