Post a CommentI was privileged to ride the Goodyear Blimp as a kid in the 1960's. The pilot flew over my house in Queens, New York and all the neighbors waved. One of the greatest thrills in my life. It was like riding on a giant feather.

I saw a blimp land at the Sandusky Airport some years ago, it looked like a huge whale, in fact I think it was supposed to look like a orca whale advertisement.
