Great Exercises for Your Shoulders
We are going to work on shoulders today and there is three great exercises for the deltoids. First is this motion right here, you stand with your feet shoulder length apart. You lift it up like you are pouring out pitchers of water. You want to do about three sets of 10 repetitions and that works the side deltoid. For the front deltoid, very simple, in the same stance, bring it up to eye level and back down. That works the front deltoid. Now the rear deltoid, way back there, you want to do the same motion (same stance too), bring it up and back, kick it out, and down. I'll do that again. Simply like that. So you do 10 repetitions of 3 sets on each of those, and you'll feel a nice burn. Thanks for watching.
