Humana (HUM) posted a 44 percent surge in fourth quarter earnings Monday, and hiked its 2010 forecast. Humana said it earned $250.7 million in the fourth quarter, or $1.48 per share, as compared to $174 million, or $1.30 per share, in the same quarter of 2008.
