Post a CommentThis video helped me a lot. Back in the hay days when "mirror" muscle groups were the only important ones I payed no heed to my lats. As a consequence I got heavier, but still my lats were weak. The chair was a simple but effective method of strengthening them enough to suffice. Thanks
