Macaroni and Cheese with a Creole Seasoning Punch

Hi I'm Dany and today we're going to make Homemade Spicy Macaroni and Cheese. Ingredients we will be using: Zatarain's Creole Seasoning Elbow Macaroni Salt Velveeta Cheese (not quite a whole box, and I use 2% milk Velveeta) Indications: Put your water on to boil according to package indications. While water begins to boil, begin to slice your Velveeta into ¼" strips. This will assist in melting later. When the water begins to boil, pour into your pan and cooking according to package directions - usually 6-8 minutes. After the macaroni is done, strain. Take your Velveeta and layer several strips in the bottom of an 8" baking pan. Sprinkle on Creole Seasoning to Taste. Add a layer of macaroni. Add more Velveeta, follow with Seasoning, then more macaroni. Continue if needed - if not top off with Velveeta. Microwave until the cheese is melted.
