Hot Protein Shake Recipe for Winter Athletes and Sports Enthusiasts

Hi, I'm Danny and today we're going to make a Hot Protein Shake perfect for athletes or tailgating fans in this cold weather. Ingredients Needed: 1 Scoop of Whey Protein Powder (I'm using strawberry.) 1 cup of Yoplait Delights Parfait Yogurt in Raspberry Chocolate 1 full cup of Original Soymilk (optional) 1 banana I'm making this on a campstove, like a true tailgater would. I take my cup of soymilk and heat it until right before it boils. I then stir in the full contents of my yogurt cup, and a scoop of whey protein. Whip it with an egg beater, and you will be good to go! This cool weather protein drink carries a great mixture of carbohydrates and protein sure to perk up any athlete or fan on the field!
