Cooking bacon in the oven is a far superior way to cook bacon compared to a frying pan. You can cook flat perfect bacon without the greasy mess. You also do not have to keep an eye on the bacon while it cooks in the oven!

Why waste the aluminum foil? Is it really that hard to just wipe a soapy rag over a sheet pan?
Wonderful...it turned out great!! I did use tin foil and still had to wash the pan so next time I plan on not using the foil and just having a "bacon pan". I am so impressed with how well this turned out!!!!!

OMG...finally an absolutely easy way to take the mess out of cooking bacon. Thank You! The video gives exactly the info needed to make perfect bacon. If you don't want to use the aluminum foil, don't, but please do make sure to use a lipped cookie sheet...in a conventionl oven, check on it after 15 mins. the first time so you have an idea of how long your own oven will take to make it exactly the way YOU like it. And for the sake of all that's holy, how did the microwaves timer confuse some of you to the point of ruining your microwaves. And while on the subject of dumb, just how did you manage to flip video this into an enviromental issue, really. Shut up with your liberal crap and eat your soy bacon! Some of these post are proof positive that sometimes you just really can't fix stupid.
