This video shows how to use a double stroke roll in a drum n' bass groove. The pattern can be split up between the hi hat and the snare drum. Try practicing this pattern on different parts of the bar, so that you become comfortable with the pattern. After a while of practicing you will be able to play this pattern without even thinking about it!
