Instructions on how to make ground pork lumpia filling. You'll need 1 lb. ground pork (you can substitute with ground beef or shrimp), 3/4 lbs carrots, one yellow onion, 1 bunch green onions, 1 whole garlic and 1 head of green cabbage. Brown the meat slightly and drain the fat. Mince the meat and the veggies. Add 1 tbsp kosher salt, 1 tbsp ground pepper, 2 tbsp oyster sauce and 3 tbsp soy sauce for seasoning. Should be enough meat for at least 100 rolls.
