This video shows how to imitate the timbale pattern in a cascara situation. When you are playing this pattern, think of a timbale player actually playing the pattern so that you can catch the real feel of it. You should listen to bands such as Los Van Van, and artists such as Ben More to really hear how these pattrns are suppopsed to be played.
