How to Keep Excel Rows from Scrolling
How to use Freeze Pane feature
Using this feature in Excel will keep cells from scrolling. This is a great feature if you have allot of rows of data and you want a header row to stay stationary.

Post a Commentit really helped me.
Awesome, this answered my question. One note is if you have Vista, its under "View", then the box labeled "Window". You click "Freeze Panes" and there are options to freeze the first column, first row, or custom.
Hi there,
Thanks for the tutorial... I doubted whether I'd be able to find this when I googled 'how to keep cells from scrolling'!! cheers
An easy way is to simply hide the unused columns and rows. Go to the first empty column after your data, select it, use ctrl-shift-right arrow to select all columns to the right and then hide them. Same for rows below last data row...except use the down arrow! ;-)
i was looking for 5 days for such a simble thing and the only thing that i was finding was tips with macros that are difficult to make them work.P L E A S E change the tags of this video or at least add the words "disable scrolling" so other people can find it easily.
