This video shows how to play a 5 note triplet pattern in a jazz situation. Remember to always know where you are both in the 5 note triplet pattern, as well as in the 4, 8, 16...bar phrase. Practice this pattern at a tempo that you are comfortable with, then you can work up the tempo.
