I'm sorry, I'm not taking advice about hygiene from a guy who has 2 overflowing garbage cans in the cooking area of his kitchen, and after drying his hands with a paper towel, grabs an old cloth towel lying in a heap on a piece of furniture in his cluttered apartment and swipes bacteria, viruses, dust mites, etc. on his just-cleaned hands.
