Thanks for posting this. As opposed to the other commenters I have run into quite a few grown men and women who have never been asked to take care of themselves so haven't a clue so they dump it everywhere. It is interesting how critical some people can be of others instructional videos. Maybe there should be one on manners and encouragement. Any of course plastic bags in cans are really tacky unless you are living in a...well never mind.

Tricia, you make a great point. This guy only made this video because he wants to be "famous".
Try putting one of those bags in the garbage can to begin with, and then just lift it out and tie the handles and throw away....I do this all the time.
