Post a CommentHaha, must be northern speech peculiarities, my girlfriend's speech sounds similar, and she pronounces Kauai (and kawaii ;) ) in the same manner...
Anyway, decent review, but a little padded... The important things are there; lighter colored, oily beans which aren't very bitter at all and are great for espresso...
It's pronounced 'cow-WHY-ee', not 'COWee'. Good review though. TJ's has some good coffees all around.
