Make a Melon Smile
You can make a fun summer centerpiece for your next cookout or Barbeque by carving a round watermelon. We recently used a yellow watermelon and it worked great. Since the skin is softer, an ordinary sharp kitchen knife will work fine, just be safe and go slow. Fill the carved watermelon with fruit salad and you'll be the hit of the party.
