Monday Deals: Western Gas Partners; Sunoco; Affiliated Managers
Western Gas Partners (WES) announced today it is buying nat gas pipeline and infrastructure assets in southwest Wyoming from Anadarko Petroleum (APC) for $254.4 million. The deal includes Anadarkos 100 percent ownership in the 750-mile Granger Gathering System, and the Granger Plants, and Western Gas said the assets will add to distributable cash flow immediately.
