A Martial Arts Chi Kung Exercise
Use reverse abdominal breathing, so that the lower abdomen is drawn in with the inhale, and pushed out with the exhale. Exhale for three breaths with a 'sshhh' sound, then shoot out the hand with a 'her-it' sound and try to channel chi from your dan tian at he lower abdomen to your finger tip.
