Weatherford International shares are also seeing a large amount of calls today, over 7 times the average on news that deep-water drilling will resume in the Gulf of Mexico. Petrohawk Energy calls are also at 5.6 times the average amount on the news. Lastly, Endeavour Silver closes out the call side today with over 4 times the average amount, mirroring the bullish sentiment in the mining sector today..Taking a look at the put side of the ledger, HSBC Holdings is seeing over 6 times the average amount of puts today after analysts downgraded and lowered their price target on the company. Intermune put are also at just over 6 times the normal amount after a bearish bet.
