Pending Home Sales Increase

The National Association of Realtors reported on Tuesday that pending home sales for October increased by 3.7 percent. The seasonally adjusted index of sales agreements rose to 114, the highest level since March of 2006, and about 32 percent higher than a year ago, beating economist estimates.
