Chicken Rubs Are the Perfect Way to Season Baked Chicken
A chicken rub is a simple way to use your favorite herb or spice mix and season your baked or grilled chicken. We used our favorite, Emeril's Chicken Rub Spice Mix, some olive oil, garlic salt, chicken thighs and a casserole dish. Don't use the garlic salt if you are watching your salt intake.
