The Food and Drug Administration said that Johnson & Johnson must expand its recall of its arthritis pain reliever. J&J is now recalling all lots of its Tylenol Arthritis Caplets in 100 count bottles after reports of a moldy smell in the bottles, than some users reported gave them nausea and stomach pain.
