    i have a problem with getting it to work...worked fine at first now it won't charge, red light on in the dock and doesn't matter how long it's plugged in for a charge. am i doing something wrong? is there a battery which needs to be changed and where is it? tried taking it apart and the dock and dont want to ruin it.

    Mine works fine as well....... with every phone I have tried it on. S.E. s710a, moto razr v3, v3i,lg gr500, blackberry pearl.......you either have a bad one...which happens, or the problem is with your phone, not the scala 500.

    You are an IDIOT! I am sorry I didn't see your alleged "review" sooner. I have been using the Scala 500 by Cardo for 6+ years now. It blows away all Motorola, Jabra & any other bran you can think of. I've tried a dozen different BT units.

    The Scala 500 is LOUDER, CLEARER, MORE COMFORTABLE & CHEAPER than all the rest.

    In case you didn't hear me (probably because you are using a pile of garbage on your ear).... YOU ARE AN IDIOT!
