You will need: - English Muffin or low calorie bread - Low fat cheese - Fat free Caesar dressing - Fresh spinach Try a fat free Caesar dressing with asiago cheese or Parmesan cheese for extra flavor.

    This would work on opened whole-wheat pita bread, too. But I'm not sure about the Cesar salad dressing.
