The Democratic Party filled Cincinnati's Memorial Hall with excitement during the Rally for Democratic Victory with special guest, President Bill Clinton. Additional speakers included Cincinnati Mayor, Mark Mallory; Hamilton County Commission President, Todd Portune; Ohio State Representative, Alicia Reese; Congressman, Steve Driehaus; State Treasurer, Kevin Boyce; Lieutenant Governor and Candidate for U S Senate, Lee Fisher.and President Bill Clinton. Jim Tarbell, candidate for Hamilton County Commission, played the National Anthem on his harmonica.
