Post a CommentI signed up for net detective for a 3 year unlimited search membership for 19.95 and I got a username with a password and i tloaded a confirmation page at https://www.netdetective.com/360/order.php,
however now that I can not log in that page loads to net detectives home pag, so I emailed them within 15 minutes of signing up, no response and customer care was closed so the next morning I call and they do not say they are sorry or begin to explain why they issued me a fake username and password. They also said they could not stop the charge from going through even though it was a holdiay weekend and the payment was no complete and want me to wait 30 days for my money, because after 30 days the sale is complete.
I am calling the bank right now and tell them to stop the payment from going through as I have read over 30 reviews saying the scammed other people the same way they scammed me. These people still have not got a refund and I am also calling net detective credit card processi

I used Net Detective to do a background check on a prospective nanny and was able to verify that the information that she told me was fraudulent. I wonder what she had in store for me and my family.
I had been thinking of using net detective to help me find an old army buddy but after reading a bunch of comments from people saying how it is a rip off I think I will reconsider. It is very helpful and useful to have people put up comments about companies that promise and don't deliver. Thank you.
