NEW YORK, NEW YORK - Stephen Baldwin drives his eco-friendly "Smart" car promoting his new Christian radio show. Baldwin was spotted using his cell phone while driving, which is a traffic offence in New York. Later he filmed a scene where he checks into his hotel and jokes when being greeted by Dennis Rodman "The Celebrity Apprentice".
