Strange Observation: Horse's Feed Sack on the Back of an Electric Company Truck
This AEP/PSO electric company crew are on their lunch break, and obviously could care less about the fact that a horse's feed sack is stuck to the back of their truck. I wonder what purpose this accessory serves.
