Technology shares are mixed Monday while Motorola Mobility (MMI) is suing TiVo (TIVO) over alleged patent infringement on digital video recorders. Motorola reportedly said is looking to protect its interests after TiVo sued Verizon (VZ) for patent infringement. Meanwhile, Magic Software (MGIC) is up after its business partner, Elad Software Systems, will migrate the Israeli Ministry of the Interior's current applications to uniPaaS. uniPaas is Magic's software solution.
