    I too almost had the Dell experience, but I told the technician, "I don't want you messing around inside my computer!" So he walked me through it instead. - 5 stars!

    Great job! I've got my remote desktop disabled, at least I think I do. I also beat up every one of my hard drives with a hammer, then set them on fire, then flood them, then throw them into the Pacific Ocean 200 miles from shore whenever I have finished with them.
