The Corpse Pose: A Yoga Demonstration
A Video of the Corpse Yoga Pose
The corpse pose begins with you lying in a relaxed position. The arms are then extended to an approximate 45 degree angle on either side of your body. The legs are a littler wider than hip width apart. Concentrating on your breath is very important. A pillow can be placed under the head for added neck support, and a cloth folded over the eyes can aid in relaxation.
