I had been trying to get my USB Moblie Devise to work from the day that I bought it. I got it on 11/08/2010, and nothing worked. I spoke to 8 different CS Reps and none of them could walk me thru set up. I habe Windows Vista and one rep told me to but another computer. WOW! I told him NO WAY HUNEY! He offered to send me another USB and I got it the very next day but it didn't work either. I took my computer and devise to three different Clear Internet site and non of these guys could get that devise to work. So I called to cancel my servise and was offered the HOT SPOT devise, now this one work but at the speed of a three legged turtle. This is my third day with this devise and I'm calling them to send it back a.s.a.p. I don't want to be stuck with this crappy internet service for two years. no thank you. Buyers beware.....
