Vice President Joe Biden came to Cincinnati, Ohio on July 9, 2009. He spoke about the current progress of The Recovery Act. A small crowd and local media gathered to listen to him speak at The American Can Building. This building is being renovated with funds from the recent stimulus package. It will include green storefront and residential areas.
