I spotted this Winchester and Western Railroad covered hopper on August 9, 2008 in Cheyenne, Wyoming. This is not commonplace, as the Winchester and Western Railroad is "very eastern" USA, so I found myself surprised in Cheyenne, Wyoming one summer's evening!
