Vigilante Justice and Legislations

Amongst the many sex offender ordinances and statutes regulating where people labeled as sex offenders can live, Green Bay, Wisconsin's ordinance of pushing these people out of nearly every neighborhood in Green Bay is just another onerous example of vigilante ordinances.

"Green Bay City Council President Chad Fradette was the major force behind the city's sex offender ordinance. Although he's encouraged the city has 19 fewer sex offenders, he's not satisfied".

"It concerns me to hear that more of them are moving to the villages around us, because we don't want that. I don't want them to move to the villages, I want them to be out of Brown County all together," he said, adding, "We want the State to keep them in prison. That's the bottom line."

It is against statements such as this made by the Green Bay City Council President Chad Fradette that there is a fight for constitutional liberties and protections. When these sex offender residence and zoning ordinances are legislated and enacted into law, it is clear from such vendetta statements that these ordinances are punitive in their purpose, and violent in their effect.

Efforts are in the process to fight proactively against such vigilante minded leaders who have no care in the world as to whom they hurt, or how much damage to lives they do. We don't need these types of leaders, but it is hard to fight against them when people labeled as sex offender are too afraid to mount a concerted and continuous battle, and the general public is led astray in what they are told to think and believe.

The many lawmakers that shadow Fradette don't care what evidence come out against such broad residence restriction and zoning laws, or by whom the evidence comes from. The Human Rights Watch came out with its 2007 report, the NACDL (National Association of Criminal Defense lawyers) with its reports, and numerous research, studies and reports by people, groups, and organizations that know the truth.

Far too many of these ordinances and statutes are passed without any ability for public input into the process. It could be legitimately said these ordinances are passed in the dark behind closed doors, as if in secrecy, devoid of any input from any opposition.

Our legislative bodies from the local, state, and national filled with what amounts to be the criminally insane. It is far too expedient the denial of people's liberties and constitutional protections. We see around this planet the intellectually insane in positions of power that can affect the lives of countless people amongst the most barbarous people on the face of this planet.

Discrimination allows superiority where truth is hidden and corruption tends to creep in. This is the human equation. People change day to day. Things change, steel rusts while the conceited blows away, but the energy that makes us who we are moves through us as we experience our lives. Governments, Advocates, Churches, and Media put pressure on people labeled as sex offenders who are struggling daily to make a way for their families.

These groups, entities, and organizations are one in the same who have created the realm of secrecy and oppression for political gain. They are ashamed of being part of the flawed human family that makes mistakes, so they take the responsibility of allowing laws of decimation which is human abuse.

Inflicting pain, grief, sorrow, and despair on any person who has betrayed by that society's ever changing beliefs to hide the truth because its own shame is the ultimate in irresponsibility.

By continuing to advocate lifetime sentences, separation, eradication, banishment concerning the broad definition of sex offender is recognition of the breakdown of these persons of responsibility that supports human rights abuses.

There can be no justice where the responsible party or entity is the society which refuses acceptance of its errors. The stigma, demonization, and continuance of injustice upon all those labeled as sex offender is perpetrated by these group's, entities, and system's that make people suffer for a belief that has only for centuries kept itself hidden from its own truth that man's societies are riddled with fault and error.

To place condemnation upon a marked people as if they are the ultimate woes of man's society's sets dangerous and cruel precedents on the liberties of Human Beings in a so called moral society that sets the manners in which the decadent mind flourishes.

It is so noticeable today in the legislative halls, rooms, and aisles the political figures that support vigilantism in their idea of moral justice, a moral justice that has every mark of political opportunism. They hold out for all to see as their champions of the right kind of morality vigilante individuals and groups whom they use as their means of execution of those deemed unworthy in their twisted and self serving minds.

These political moralists of the wrong kind even decimate children by making them pay for their unclean child like behavior or curiosity for the rest of their lives. So little heart do these moralist have that children and families are not safe from their brand of justice.

Advocates for constitutional justice speak and cry out to these moralist and their vigilante strong arms, but the words come against stone cold hearts and minds, perverted in their own hate they quickly shun away those who speak out against the decimation of human rights and liberties, and protections under law and constitutions.

The madness of man in positions of political power is not unknown to mankind and that is why the political apparatuses must be held at bay lest they become the monsters the histories of mankind has witnessed. America has its political monsters, and their justice is vigilante justice.

Minimum sentences that far exceed the offense or crime a person committed is part of that vigilante justice. That too is why politicians rarely speak in terms of human or constitutional justice. They have for most practical purposes thrown away the scales that weighed law against justice, for balance is not the aim or goal of vigilante's.

Please take time to write those who can change these unbalanced sex offender laws. Protect your family. Protect your son or daughter who might do something that falls under the broad definition of a sex offense. You can protect them by changing these bad unbalanced sex offender laws now.

What ever we do or don't do in changing these bad unbalanced sex offender laws (laws, ordinances, statutes) we do to ourselves as money and power leads many by the ring in their nostrils rendering them unable to hear or see beyond the visions of their greed, pride, and prejudice.
