First Impressions
To be honest, I was hesitant. Scattered through major malls, I have noticed Villa Pizza. A money making franchise which serves processed food, poor service and terrible prices. Upon entering I thought the mall franchise had made out and decided to mainstream. I was wrong.
This establishment is a family owned and operated eatery which has serviced Las Vegas since the 1970's. The décor took you to a lake in southern Italy. You were instantly transported. The host greets you with a hardy smile and welcomes you as if you are a relative joining them for Sunday dinner.
Wait Staff
Without hesitation, the wait staff ensured the dining experience was first rate. Whether we needed more beverages or advice on dessert, the server had a warm inviting personality with a genuine attention to detail. After the meal was completed, the server asked if there was anything that needed to be changed. He wanted to guarantee our return.

My Take and Thoughts
Villa Pizza provided a great eating experience. The restaurant was designed in a way to make the customer feel as if they were riding on a gondola on a lake in Italy. The artwork was well done with attention to detail without appearing their genuine appeal.
The food was savory and well prepared. The fresh ingredients were noticeable. If Villa Pizza used processed foods, one couldn't tell. Having the opportunity to dine-in as well as receive a delivered order, I noticed the same superior service. The delivery person made you feel like family just like the wait staff. The overall experience was positive and made me want to dine there again.
