Vince Vaughn plays a film maker and environmentalist in The Lost World: Jurassic Park the second movie in the Jurassic Park series. This film made $300 million less than the original Jurassic Park movie.

2. Mr. & Mrs. Smith (2005) - $478 million

Vince Vaughn plays an assassin and best friend to Brad Pitt's character in the Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt blockbuster Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

3. Wedding Crashers (2005) - $285 million

Wedding Crashers is the first movie Vince Vaughn stars in that made big money (over $200 million) in which he plays the leading role alongside Owen Wilson. The movie had a $40 million budget and cleaned up at the box office.

4. The Break-Up (2006) - $205 million

Vince Vaughn plays boyfriend to Jennifer Aniston who break-up in a routine romantic comedy. Scenes had to be re-shot after test audiences hated parts of the $52 million budget movie. Vaughn and Aniston were supposedly a real life couple for a while after this movie.

5. Couples Retreat (2009) - $172 million

Filmed in Bora Bora Couples Retreat was hated by the critics but with a budget of $70 million it made plenty of money.

6. Starsky and Hutch (2004) - $170 million

Vince Vaughn plays a drug-lord brought down by Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson in the $60 million budget Starsky and Hutch.

7. Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (2004) - $168 million

Vince Vaughn plays a struggling gym owner who needs to win a Dodgeball tournament to keep his gym from bad-guy Ben Stiller in this screwball comedy. Also co-starring is Rip Torn before he tried to rob a bank in Connecticut while drunk. Dodgeball had a $20 million budget.

8. Four Christmases (2008) - $164 million

Reese Witherspoon and Robert Duvall co-star in this romantic comedy which had a budget of $80 million.

Vince Vaughn's Biggest Movie Flops

1. A Cool, Dry Place (1999) - $4,390

The movie was shot in Kansas and bombed at the box office.

2. National Lampoon's Blackball (2005) - $48,000

Co-starring James Cromwell this British comedy bombed at the box office. Vince Vaughn plays a sleazy American sports agent.

3. South of Heaven, West of Hell (2001) - $28,149

South of Heaven, West of Hell was directed by Dwight Yoakam who also co-starred alongside Vince Vaughn, Warren Zevon, Bridget and Peter Fonda, Pee-wee Herman star Paul Reubens and even Billy Bob Thortnon had a bit part. The movie bombed and the Dwight Yoakam soundtrack for movie with the same name did not do much better.

4. The Locusts (1997) - $40,158

Ashley Judd co-starred in The Locusts with Vince Vaughn. Always thought Ashley Judd would be the next Audrey Hepburn but even though she had the look she never became that a big a star.

5. Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show (2008) - $603,894

This bad documentary film follows Vince Vaughn and four stand-up comedians as they did 30 comedy shows in 30 nights in 30 different cities in the United States. The movie just doesn't work despite the prescience of Vaughn.

6. Clay Pigeons (1998) - $1.8 million

Vince Vaughn plays a serial killer in Clay Pigeons which also co-stars Joaquin Phoenix and Janeane Garafalo. The movie bombed at the box office even though Ridley Scott produced.

7. Thumbsucker (2005) - $1.9 million

Thumbsucker has to one of the dumbest movies ever made and that is saying a lot. It revolves around a high school kid who still sucks his thumb. Co-starring in this disaster along with Vince Vaughn are Keanu Reeves, Tilda Swinton, Vincent D'Onofrio and Benjamin Bratt.

That's a lot of talent for this bad a movie. Lou Taylor Pucci (who?) plays the lead role.
