Earlier this year, Vinegar Hill House aced its restaurant inspection. That's "C'est magnifique!" Especially is that magnificent considering they did so after scoring twenty-eight ( 28 ) points late last year, prompting the obligatory month-later re-inspection for getting that many points. They did bring the violations points done to eleven ( 11 ) upon re-inspection.
Anyway they're due for another inspection, and the inspectors have been active this month. Let's hope it's another perfect score and not as bad as the chicken dish they serve that I keep hearing, over and over, is undercooked. Stay tuned for results.
