Virgie Arthur Files Appeal to Restrict Dannielynn and Larry Birkhead from Leaving Bahamas

Just like everything else that Virgie Arthur has done since the death of her daughter, Anna Nicole Smith - this one should come as no surprise. Virgie Arthur has filed an appeal with the Bahama Court to restrict Larry Birkhead from taking Dannielynn to the United States.

After receiving approval from the judge in the paternity case, Larry Birkhead stated that he would be leaving the Bahamas for the United States on Friday - with daughter Dannielynn in tow.

However, he would be required to return to the Bahamas with Dannielynn in June for a formal custody hearing.

But just like clockwork, Virgie Arthur began the process of filing an appeal to the judge's orders and submitted the appeal as of Thursday (April 26, 2007).

Now a hearing will take place tomorrow morning (Friday April 27, 2007) in the Bahama courtroom regarding the appeal.

If denied, as many believe it will be, Larry Birkhead will be free to leave with Dannilynn and return to his home in Kentucky. However, if the court decides to reconsider their decision, Larry will be forced to remain in the Bahamas with his daughter until the June hearing.

Considering that Virgie Arthur resides in the United States and has fought since the death of Anna Nicole Smith to have her body as well as the body of Anna's son moved to the United States, the motive behind the request to leave Dannielynn in the Bahamas is not clear.

Is it a wonder that poor Anna Nicole was soo messed up? With a Mom like her who needed enemies. I hope Larry keeps her our of his daughter's life.

That lady is a nut job. Why would any judge waste more time on her nonsense. This is showing more and more why Anna wanted nothing to do with her.
