Instruction offered: The course offers lessons for children, beginner adults and experienced adults looking to improve their game. Instruction is offered on the following topics "basic fundamentals, full swing with woods or irons, chipping, putting and specialty shots, as well as club selection and course strategy".
Modes of Instruction: lessons are offered for individuals, this is a good choice for an experienced player who wants to tune up his or her game in a specific area. Group lessons are also offered. This method is popular with women and children. The course is able to tailor a clinic for your group if you contact the Head PGA Professional and ask for a specific skill to be taught.
Children's golf camps are offered in the summer. This is a great way for children to learn how to play and have a fun summer activity to participate in. Contact the course for these offerings.
Duration of Lessons: Individual lesson sessions last approx. 35-40 min. Group lessons can range from 90 minutes to 2 hours based upon what skill is being taught.
Pricing: Membership is not required in order to take lessons at the course. The price of the lessons will differ depending whether your lessons are taught by the head PGA Professional or an Assistant instructor. For one private 40 minute lesson it will cost$40 for the PGA Head instructor or $30 for the assistant. Lessons can be bought as a package. The 5 lesson series will cost $160 for the PGA head instructor or$120 for an assistant instructor. Group clinics will cost $100 person for the head PGA instructor or $80 a person when taught by an assistant instructor.
