Nowadays everyone already knows what is PS3 (as known as Sony Playstation 3) and what it's all about. The truth is PS3 is one of the most advance gaming consoles out there. Here's I'm going to write a short brief about PS3's Virtual Tennis 3 video game. For the start, the stadiums graphics are well constructed and allowing shadows effects to be use fully in certain areas to give the impression that you're really playing on a real court. Spectators are not just plain graphics anymore but actually move out and in along the match and you'll notice that.

Animation is also quite good seeing an increase in realism and fluidity. Players move around with precise action and placement of your character is essential to performing a shot correctly or not.

The Male tour option is more interesting because there are more male players in the game such as, here's the list:

Roger Federer
Andy Roddick
Rafael Nadal
James Blake
Lleyton Hewitt
Mario Ancic
Taylor Dent
David Nalbandian
Tim Henman
Tommy Haas
Juan Carlos Ferrero
Sebastien Grosjean
Gael Monfils.

The great range of differing styles of play are good so if you're imagining playing as someone who is fast and strong then Nadal is your right choice.

In the game, Male matches are fast, active and quite exciting. The difference whilst playing as male players is the animation is different when shots are hit. But there's an annoying element is how they leap on to the floor just every time a ball is a little too wide and quickly gets annoying.

The Female tour option is quite frustrating as there are only seven players to be against such as:

Lindsay Davenport
Maria Sharapova
Venus Williams
Nicole Vaidisova
Martina Hingis
Amelie Mauresmo
Daniela Hantuchova

While playing the game, Female matches are slower than male matches and the animation for shots quite different as more 'lady-like' action and movement are seen as well as stretching when the ball is wide.

As the conclusion, Virtua Tennis 3 is quite a good game, offering gamers the chance at a more arcade style of play to tennis, but the game developer should increase the graphics quality since it's for Playstation 3. More crystal clear graphics and something more than the average Tennis game.

For information, the total players for this game are 14 while 2734 KB of minimum memory required. Beside that, there's no multiple online play for the game. For the controller part, SixAxis Motion Sensitive controller needed to be able to play the game.

The official websites for Virtual Tennis 3 is virtuatennis and Sega U.K.
