Visit Adventure Landing Park in Dallas, Texas

If you want to give the good times to your kids during this summer, one of the most unique places, known as Adventure Landing, is located in the Dallas area at 17717 Coit Rd, Dallas, TX-75252 at the phone number 972 248 4653. I had a chance to visit it during the last weekend with my daughter, son in law, and the grand son. We spent around 5 to 6 hours on Saturday at Adventure Landing and enjoyed it immensely. I am going to cover a brief review of Adventure Landing in this article.

We reached "Adventure Landing" at around 11 am on Saturday and could get the parking with some difficulty. The park Adventure Landing is located in a vast area and consists of many types of entertainments. The first and the most important aspect here is the mini golf courses. There are in all three mini golf courses, each consisting of 18 holes. The golf ball supplied to you disappears inside the hole as soon as you complete the game at the eighteenth hole. Though, the size of the golf courses is very small as compared with the original courses, it serves beautifully for the kids to get the exact feel of playing golf. The charges for playing one game of golf are $6.50, for playing two games by the same person is $7.50. A family ticket of 10 games is also available to play 10 games by the whole family. The unlimited golf playing for the full day is available on Mondays and Thursdays and charged at $9 per head. The park management supplies the golf sticks, both for the kids and the elders. The golf courses are also designed such that the difficulty level increases slowly and gradually as you go on progressing from course to course. The scorecards and the pencils are also supplied so as to mark the detailed scoring. One game of golf can take around 45 minutes, depending upon the skill level of the individual. The next type of adventure is Adventure Speedway. The GO-KART rides are available in the special course designed for it. The single sitter and the double sitter GO-KARTS are available. However, the two sitter GO-KARTS can only be used by the persons above 16 years of age and having a valid driving license. The single GO-RIDE charges are $6.50 and the charges for two sitters GO-KART rides are $8.50. This ride is really very thrilling due to speed driving, and that too, on turning roads. Our entire family enjoyed this speed adventure very much.

The next ride available here is the Bumper Boats. This ride gives the feeling as if you are driving a speedboat in the water. The single speedboat drive costs $6.50 and the double Bumper Boat ride costs $8.50. The baseball practice machine is also available, which throws the baseball at various speeds and the angle so that the kids and the elders can practice the baseball game. These batting cages are supplied at the rate of $2.0 for 30 pitches, $5.0 for 90 pitches and $10.0 for 210 pitches. There is also a restaurant here that serves nice American type of fast food items. The layout of the entire park is extremely eye-catching as it is decorated with various types of waterfalls and the stone statues of various animals like elephants, giraffe, lion, tiger, and a Rhino in various attractive colors. There are caves also, through which the golf course passes, thus adding to its aesthetic value. There is one windmill here that is kept to see for all the visitors. As there are so many attractions available at the Adventure Landing, it can provide a nice entertainment to people of all ages. One can pass full day here quiet easily by playing all sorts of games and rides available here. One can also arrange the birthday parties here at the Adventure Landing. The playtime party packages are available here at the rates from $11.99 to $24.99, based on the facilities provided to each kid, invited in the party.
