I love to take our kids to The Park at MOA because they have so much fun. If you are into big thrill rides, I recommend you ride The Mighty Axe. It is a giant swinging axe that twists and turns you everywhere. There is also two roller coasters that are a blast. If you are into water rides, you will want to check out the Log Chute. It's different every time. Sometimes you will come out soaked, some will never get a drip of water, you never know.
If you are traveling with little ones, there are so many ride options to choose from. The carousel is always a blast. My daughter personally loves to ride the train. There is even a giant bouncy ball pit. For the infant in your family, I would recommend you take a break and bring them to the hourly child care. They will have tons of fun with supervised playtime.
There is tons of food options to please everyone. I personally think the food court in the park is great with five options to choose from. You will have to go into the mall if you are looking for a nice sit-down restaurant. There are also several vendors throughout the park if you are looking for a small snack such as cotton candy, mini doughnuts, or ice cream.
I could play all day at the arcade area. They have two main arcades in the Park, as well as a carnival area with several other games. Here, you purchase tokens to play the games. They have quite a variety of games, as well as ticket redemption games that you can turn it tickets for prizes. Warning, if you spend a lot of time here, it will get expensive as you get 3 tokens for a dollar.
If you are planning to ride on several attractions at the park , I recommend that you purchase an all-day wristband. This allows you to ride as much as you want until the park closes for the day. It can get very expensive if you purchase single tickets and you want to go on more than a couple of rides. The wristbands cost $25, but are well worth it if you plan to spend the day. Enjoy your day at The Park at Mall of America, you will have a great time!
