Shenandoah National Park is located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia. The most wonderful place where visitors can discover all 200,000 acres of natural wilderness.

Wildlife abound in Shenandoah National Park, visitors to the park are able to see whitetail deer, bobcat, bear, raccoon, fox, opossum, groundhogs and even the lovable cottontail rabbits. With the parks estimated 500 black bears living within the boarders of Shenandoah National Park a chance encounter is more likely for visitors to the park.     I love to visit the Shenandoah National Park. The AT parallels Skyline Dr. There several spots where you can park and walk along part of the trail. Everything there is as lovely as your write-up.
