The New Albany Spray Park is located within the sportsplex on Highway 78 and is a great spot to take the kids to cool off during the summer. The rates are reasonable and the fun is never ending. Parents can bring a favorite book and watch their kids have fun in the water. Be sure to bring your sunblock and a towel.

Admission to the Spray Park is 3 dollars during the week and 5 dollars on the weekends. Adults do not have to pay. Each session lasts for 1 hour and 30 minutes. That all adds up to some cheap, good clean entertainment. The Spray Park is open from 12 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays,10 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Saturdays, and 1:30 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Sundays. The Spray Park has a capacity of 50 children.

There are several water fountains in the New Albany Spray Park. Some shoot water out of the ground while others spray water through pipes in different shapes. There is a series of tubes that dump water into a water table that is fun for smaller children. At the Spray Park is a water slide that dumps into a small reservoir of water. An attendant is always on duty at the top of the water slide to assist children. Adults can slide down the water slide with their children.

Adults can take a break under the pavilion. Seating is a brick, curved wall. You can bring your own chairs, snacks, and drinks into the Spray Park. The restrooms are close by as well as a snow cone stand.

The Spray Park offers a lot of fun for kids on hot summer days. Parents can keep cool under the shaded pavilion while their kids play in the water. Admission is very reasonable and is much cheaper than a lot of other entertainment options. New Albany is located in north Mississippi. It is about 60 miles south of Memphis, Tennessee.
