Take your log to a doctor or a health expert. Asked them to tell you what you're lacking and if they can advise you on which vitamins and mineral supplements you should be taking.
Balancing your diet and trying to get all the vitamins and minerals you need is a long and subtle task. Be patient. Watch your body and notice the different reactions you get when you eat a certain meal or when you take supplements. Your body will help indicate what you need.
