There are individuals who have the gift of spontaneous humor. They laugh and make others laugh. They are a source of great entertainment. These men have their own vocabulary. Let us see some examples.
Amalgamated principal: Principal of two colleges which are merged
Anti harassment fee: money collected for favor of not harassing a person
Art of mismanagement: mismanaging an organization giving the impression of efficiency
Blade Company: firm lending money at rates as high as 300% per annum
Cash and carry: give cash and carry the favor
Contempt of coat: protection to which judges are entitled under the constitution
Conveyor belt administration: administration with tendency to round and round without finality in decisions
Core incompetence: chronic incompetence at the center of the organization radiating faster than nuclear fission
Cover: hidden money paid as illegal gratification for factors
Culture of the vulture: entrenched habit of harassing the customer or complainant
Delegating death: sending another person as a substitute resulting in his death
Doctrine of lapse: principle of banking on forgetfulness of others who have lent articles, books or cash
Dudbudsman: a fictitious post with judicial powers dealing in public grievances
Elastic conscience: conscience that varies with situations
Elephantiasis in administration: over staffing
Goal post management: chronic favoritism to support ones favored candidate
God fearing: person whom God fears
Interior decoration: seduction under a pretext
Keep the dead body alive: expression to mean cremation to wait until one arrives
Labor pain: painstaking labour
LAOC: Living at other's cost
Loss is a gain: special meaning based on the premise that loss of one is the gain for another
Manchester: woman with man's chest
Milky cities: cities having lot of earning potential
Night landing facilities: offering parking facilities at night by the fair sex
Night purposes: duty at night
Public woman: woman with a social conscience
Purchase seat: seat available on payment of a hefty sum regardless of merit
Repeater: a dignified name for a failed candidate
RSVP: Remember Send Valuable Presents
Sharklending: lending at exorbitant rates
Sight fee: illegal fee claimed forcibly by workers for sighting load without doing any work
Successful incompetence: one achieving success and perpetuating it by being incompetence through out
Tainted money: money obtained through unfair and corrupt means
Talk one to death: intensively boring talk using fatigue to the listener

Urinary thrombosis: "harmless fellow" suffering from a minor ailment of the urinary tract in his relationship with women
Vacant mind: open mind
Versatile incompetence: many sided incompetence
Worker participation: workers beating up management in participatory talks/meetings
X ray eyes: eyes penetrating beyond the surface
