Starting with one location in 1982, ACC now has two locations in Western Pennsylvania (Pittsburgh and Greensburg) as well as locations in wheeling (headquarters), Parksburg, Clarksburg, Charleston and Beckley, West Virginia.

ACC sees emerging technology as a way to match potential customers with product that will provide efficiency and at the same time provide the customer " Return on Investment". New technology that has a huge potential for a nice return is (VOIP). VOIP is the technology that allows voice to be transmitted over an IP Network.

There are other VOIP ompanies that are changing the way we communicate. I am part of the VOIPfamily but with a different company with a simular name. ACN is also a VOIP company that I work for. http://RicoP.acnrep.com. we provide VOIP services as well as video. It is definitely a great way to jump right into the communications industry.

ACN representatives services provides live support for ACN and independent representatives. We are the worlds largest Direct Seller of Telecommunication Services. One of the fastest growing companies in the world for over a decade. Well on the way to a billion dollars in revenue. Global presence in North America, Europe an Asian Pacific. Currently operating in over in 19 countries and continuing to grow. Also features free calling for ACN to ACN customers.

ACN as corporate headquarters is located and Charlotte North Carolina, their world headquarters is located in Farmington hills Michigan, just to name a few. Countries like Sweden Europe, Poland, Canada, Australia as well as Amsterdam. Even though they are Avaya light ACN and ACC ACN has quite a bit more features as well as locations one feature for example is ACN offers voice plus video ACC doesn't. They're both digital phone services and are great

"VOIP can streamline communications for multiple site businesses by using a customer's current IP Network to tie a remote sites together. Long distance charges can be reduced or eliminated, companies can deploy a single, centralized voice Processing System for all users across the network (Lan or Wan) and all users can enjoy the same reaches and capabilities of the VOIP system regardless if they are in the home office, branch office or working at home. If you are familiar with programs like skype,(http://skype.com). Yahoo voice, are all cheap ways to make phone calls to anywhere in the world.

ACC is also one of the largest stocking dealers in the nation. Beyond telephone systems ACC is also certified to provide an install structured cabling for both voice and data applications including Category six data cable provider optic. Some additional peripheral products ACC's sales or security cameras, wireless handsets, uninterruptible power supplies, music on hold/message on hold units and call accounting software.

Well I hope you review both companies make a decision for your cell whether you want to switch to or not VOIP. Soon all phone companies will be VOIP because broadband is not just used for Internet. Hey who wouldn't want to make cheap phone calls. I know I do. And that's why I use programs like skype. What cool about skype is that you actually get a phone number with your area code. Which can be used as a business file instead of using your home phone or cell.

There are other companies that are also selling VOIP services but these are the main two than I have actual knowledge about. Well thanks for reading this concludes for now.

ACN video phone is by far the worst VOIP service I have ever had not to mention the most expensive even if you don't include the ridiculous fees to get into the service and the inevitable fees to get out of the service. I set up this phone almost a year ago and finally got so fed up with giving my money away for something that never worked I decided to bite the bullet and pay their ridiculous fee to get rid of them as well as their fee to port my number over.

I bought the service and shut off my Packet8 service to help out a friend who was selling it although I kept my office line with packet8. This phone would never work without unplugging it and plugging it back in before every call and if you stayed on the static filled call to long it would inevitably drop the call. It would only successfully call international once in a while and nothing the customer service had me do would fix it all the while my Packet8 service in my office worked great. The service department refused to r

We had VoIP for a while - only switched to something else because we moved and the something else was cheaper. There's a good chance we'll go back to VoIP, though.
